Lauren is a founding member of Paramount Calisthenics College.
She began calisthenics at the age of five in Tinies. Over the following 30 years, her involvement in the sport of Calisthenics has developed her skills as a competitor, assistant and head coach.
Her personal highlights as a competitor include winning the CVI state titles and the Royal South Street Eisteddfod on several occasions.
Her personal highlights as a coach include watching her pupils grow and develop their skills in calisthenics culminating in winning the CVI state titles.
Through her lifelong involvement in calisthenics, Lauren has developed her team work, communication, confidence and commitment., while making friends for life. She enjoys seeing those skills and relationships develop for her pupils.
She believes that it is imperative to provide a fun and engaging environment for her pupils to learn in and feel supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
She has experience assisting Tinies, Subbies, Seniors and Masters and has been the head coach of the Junior, Inters and Masters sections.
Janelle is a founding member of Paramount Calisthenics College.
She commenced calisthenics at the age of 5, and has been involved as a competitor and coach for over 30 years. She has assisted all age groups from Tinies to Seniors, and has coached Sub Juniors, Juniors and Seniors.
Janelle completed Level 1 Coaching Accreditation 9 years ago, and is currently working towards Level 2 Accreditation. Her greatest coaching joys come from guiding participants into the best performers they can be.
Coaching highlights include multiple CVI and Ballarat wins as an assistant coach, and since taking on the Head Coach role, a number of aggregate wins including a Senior CVI State Title.
Janelle believes that calisthenics teaches skills that pupils take forward into the rest of their lives, including teamwork, confidence, self discipline, and the ability to work towards a long term goal, while developing lasting friendships.
She enjoys working with the Paramount coaching team to grow Paramount Calisthenics College into a vibrant, thriving, successful sporting group in the Highlands/ Craigieburn area.
Megan is a founding member of Paramount Calisthenics College.
She began calisthenics at the age of three as a tiny tot and has been involved in calisthenics for over 20 years. Megan has had many memorable moments not only as a competitor, but also as an assistant and coach. Her highlights include winning CVI for the as a senior and winning Royal South Street twice.
Calisthenics has taught Megan many life skills including self confidence, team work and the importance of dedication and hard work. She believes Calisthenics is about fun and friendship and passing on the love and passion for this sport to younger pupils. Passing on her knowledge and skills and watching the pupils develop their own techniques gives her great satisfaction.
She has experience assisting Juniors, Inters and Masters and as the head coach of Tinies.
